How does Limousine Charter Dispatch deal with brokers?

Limo Charter Dispatch is available to any company or service that has a genuine purpose within the limousine industry. In some cases limousine or transportation brokers may be beneficial in overseeing larger limousine functions or movements. However, transportation brokers are treated no different than other limousine rental company members. They must register with CDIN as a broker and openly state as such when conferring with Limo Charter Dispatch members or Limo Charter Dispatch customers. A limousine broker must also clearly display on their home website that they are a broker of limousine, bus or any other type of transportation service.
 

How can the monthly membership fee be so inexpensive?

Charter Dispatch and all subordinate websites, including Limo Charter Dispatch were conceived with two essential and deep-seated premises. One… Furnish the traveling public with safe and cost efficient [limousine] service. And two… Assist and safeguard [Limousine] Charter Dispatch members from unprincipled and unfair company practices that reward cutting service and safety for profiteering.

Isn’t Limo Charter Dispatch brokering deals?

Charter Dispatch and its network of websites categorically do not broker any “deals”. Charter Dispatch sites are programmed to function with a minimum of human interaction. Our LCD customers cannot call into our sites to request service since we only take calls from our membership. Any calls or emails are immediately redirected to the closest limousine companies in the vicinity of the request. The only instance when a Charter Dispatch staffer will ever become involved with a consumer is when a dispute arises.
 

The Charter Dispatch International Network (CDIN) policy is quite simple. Keep our membership cost low and the benefits high. To the consumer the benefit is simple; never charge the customer for our service on any of our websites.
 

How do you (Limo Charter Dispatch) avoid disputes?

All disputes are dealt with through our rating system. As a Charter Dispatch member you are subject to ratings by all who use your service. In turn, you may also rate other members. Is Limo Charter Dispatch a service directory?

Charter [Limousine] Dispatch sites are enormously complex and sophisticated. You can even portray as many as 10 unique pictures of limos, facilities or personnel. There is also a link to the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) verification page so that anyone can instantly access Federal information about any CDIN company, inclusive of bus and motorcoach companies, Interstate limousine carriers and any Interstate ground carriers traveling within the United States. You can check the rating of any CDIN member, confirm state and local transportation authorities, verify referrals, secure and save specific limousine company information for corporate or personal use later on, and even use your limousine company Charter Dispatch Home Page as your desktop. Our database is comprehensive of all CDIN members whether charter bus, rental bus, party bus, mini party bus, mini bus, limo bus, entertainer coach, sleeper (band bus) coach, town car, sedan, transit bus operator, line carrier, motor coach, limousine, van, mini van, tour bus, ground transportation, stretch limo service, airport service, harbor service and more.
 

How do I know if Limo Charter Dispatch will benefit me?

1. The Charter Dispatch system allows you find the business you need by entering the database of obtainable listings regardless of whether it is transportation, hospitality or service based in nature. The database list includes all charter bus, rental bus, party bus, mini bus, limo and limousine, convention, shuttle, van, sedan and town car, bus transit and line carrier transportation business uploaded through our various sites. All you have to do is click on an item and reply to that particular request. What kind of payments does LCD accept?

Charter Dispatch membership can be paid month to month, quarterly and annually. Your membership may be cancelled anytime and for any reason. Charter Dispatch only requires a 15-day notification of cancellation on month-to-month and quarterly memberships. Monthly and quarterly membership may only be paid through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal account. Annual payments can be made by invoice and check if requested by member.
 

Can I list my limousine company for free?

Yes, submit your basic information to: http://charterdispatchfreelisting.com. Entering duplicate or false information is grounds for immediate termination from all of Charter Dispatch websites. Free listings are at the sole discretion of CDIN and will be limited to limousine company name, limo terminal address and one telephone number with no other information or links to your own website.
